REIKI (pronounced Ray-Key) is a 2500 year old natural holistic energy therapy process which is practiced around the world. White Light REIKI (formerly called Johrei REIKI where Johrei is a Japanese term meaning Spiritual White Light) is an enhanced form of traditional REIKI with special techniques for detecting, interpreting and clearing energy imbalances. The name REIKI is derived from the two Japanese words Rei (which means universal) and Ki (which means life force energy). REIKI energy words with your body's own life force energy to open and rebalance your energy system. REIKI energy works gently to support your body in loosening up and clearing energy blocks which can cause physical and/or emotional limitations in your experience of the joy of life. White Light Reiki® Energy Therapy® Sessions

We start the session by discussing which areas of healing you wish to focus on. During the Reiki session, you lie fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table while soft soothing music is played in the background. Next, Reiki energy is systematically directed into specific areas of your body's cellular memory by means of gentle therapeutic touch, and powerful techniques. At the end of an Reiki session, it is typical to feel relaxed, recharged and refreshed. Sessions are 1 hour or 1 and 1/2 hours long and are by appointment only. White Light Reiki Energy Therapy® Training Classes

White Light REIKI is fun and easy to learn. It is a powerful self-healing technique and can be used to facilitate the treatment of clients. Reiki can be used as a stand-alone therapy technique or incorporated as a powerful addition to other techniques such as Reiki and Therapeutic Massage. Holisticn Healing teaches the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels of Reiki.

All levels of training are available: Level I, II , III & Master.
